Tessa Gardner-Brown is a Senior Environmental Planner with a strong background in environmental planning and permitting. She has held key positions in the environmental reviews for some of the region’s most complex projects, including the State Route 520 Bridge Replacement Project, the Elliott Bay Seawall Project, and the Capitol Lake – Deschutes Estuary Long-Term Management Project Environmental Impact Statement. She has also served as the environmental permitting lead for a range of waterfront projects for port, public, and private clients.
