Since joining Floyd|Snider in 2005, Terry Duncan provides an exceptional new level of client care and an energetic approach to assistance in all aspects of the company. Terry came from an Architectural/Engineering firm where she gained 20 years of industry experience, including client support, project assistance, and accounting assistance. She effectively manages the needs of multiple clients and internal staff in a prompt, concise, and enjoyable manner. Skilled at handling multiple roles at one time, Terry’s detail-oriented support is crucial to the accomplishment of company objectives. In a client and management support role, Terry assists in numerous aspects of company projects, including coordinating meeting arrangements, routing communications, and responding to client inquiries. Terry’s spirited personality and impressive communication skills provide an excellent level of customer service. Additionally, she is an integral part of the accounting team, and coordinates the operations of the Floyd|Snider office.
