Kristin Anderson, LHG


Kristin Anderson is a licensed geologist and hydrogeologist with 9 years of experience. Kristin is highly skilled in managing contaminated sites from initial field investigations through remedial construction. She has expertise in construction oversight specializing in remediation of complex contaminated sites, including sites with a high degree of agency involvement and sites with property redevelopment being undertaken concurrent with remediation. In her role as construction manager, Kristin has overseen project scheduling and task management, construction planning, and contaminated materials handling. Kristin also works directly with contractors to maintain a high quality of work that exceeds safety standards.

In her role as a geologist and hydrogeologist, Kristin has designed various initial site investigations and remedial investigations, overseen field budgets, and acted as on-site field lead. Kristin regularly provides evaluations of site geology and hydrogeology, works to develop conceptual site models, and has designed and implemented hydrogeologic studies. Her expertise includes methods of drilling and field sampling, laboratory analysis, data management, and the use of statistical methods to interpret and identify trends in complex environmental data.

She has written various technical documents, including Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) reports, Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), data reports, and construction and remediation completion reports. She has also assisted with research for permitting, white papers, and other technical documents. Kristin helps to manage and maintain the company field equipment and resources, and also manages and tracks the company's health and safety program.

Kristin holds an undergraduate degree in Geology & Geophysics from Yale University.
