Jeff Gabster, PE

Environmental Engineer

Jeff Gabster has over 8 years of environmental engineering/science consulting experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation, stormwater management, water and air treatment, and technical support for allocation and litigation. His experience includes investigation of complex contaminated upland and sediment sites, evaluation of remedial plans and cost estimates, and technical support for sites and projects subject to CERCLA, MTCA, and RCRA regulations for both public and private clients. Jeff has also planned and led field investigations, feasibility and treatability studies, and development and evaluation of remedial alternatives and cost estimates. His work has been used for contaminant source tracing and control, process design for sediment remediation, and design and operation of stormwater and wastewater treatment systems for a range of contaminants in water, soil, and sediments.

Jeff holds a master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington and an undergraduate degree in General Engineering and General Biology from Harvey Mudd College.
