Kate Snider is Principal and Founder of Floyd|Snider. She is a professional civil engineer and certified mediator with significant experience in cleanup, redevelopment, and habitat restoration—with primary focus at waterfront properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. Kate has a strong reputation for management and facilitation of complex multiparty processes achieving optimal permitting, regulatory, policy, and construction outcomes. Kate has filled key roles in some of the region’s most complex projects including the State Route 520 Bridge Replacement Project, Vigor Shipyard Superfund Sediment Remediation and Natural Resource Damage Habitat Restoration, Thea Foss Waterway Cleanup, Reichhold Chemical Redevelopment, and Northwest Seaport Alliance formation.
