Floyd|Snider Welcomes Tessa Gardner-Brown

Floyd|Snider is pleased to welcome its newest team member, Tessa Gardner-Brown, to the firm. Tessa joins Floyd|Snider as a Senior Environmental Planner, working in permitting, permit compliance, and policy analysis. For complex project permitting, Tessa will manage permit applications and processing, while coordinating directly with regulatory and resource agencies, stakeholders, and our project teams. Tessa will also be involved in implementation and documentation of compliance with permit commitments during construction and field work. In her role as policy analyst, she will review, evaluate, and analyze policy and regulatory issues, and prepare analytical documents in support of client strategic objectives. Tessa has experience in environmental planning, including important roles on major Puget Sound infrastructure projects such as the SR-520 Floating Bridge program, and Elliott Bay Seawall project. She holds a BA in Environmental Policy and Urban Planning from Western Washington University.
