Jessi has been with Floyd|Snider since May 2004. She is a professional civil/environmental engineer and oceanographer providing investigation, design, permitting, and regulatory compliance expertise for marine and upland remediation and redevelopment projects. Jessi provides strategic and technical consultation on complex projects that include thoughtful data evaluation, cleanup level development and remedy strategy, remedial design including sediment dredging and cap modeling, comprehensive permitting, construction bid package preparation and documentation, complex cost estimating, and litigation support. Jessi is currently managing multiple projects located in Tacoma, Olympia, Vancouver (Washington), Seattle, and Portland. Jessi lives with her husband and two sons in Bend, Oregon, while maintaining a frequent presence in our Seattle office.

Stephen began at Floyd|Snider in March 2003. He is a professional civil/environmental engineer who specializes in stormwater regulatory compliance and treatment, marine/waterfront sediment and uplands remediation, and construction management. He is particularly skilled with projects that include development and evaluation of stormwater treatment alternatives, remedial alternative evaluation and design, assembly of conceptual and design-level cost estimates, environmental and civil engineering design, and construction management. Stephen currently manages Floyd|Snider projects at multiple sites in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellingham. Stephen lives in Seattle with his wife and two daughters.
