Tom Colligan is an Associate Principal and Hydrogeologist, and a client-focused, successful project manager with over 30 years of experience conducting hazardous waste site investigations and cleanups in the Pacific Northwest. His project experience revolves around industrial site remediation, stormwater source control and treatment, and the assessment and redevelopment of contaminated land. He has extensive experience performing remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RI/FSs), especially in industrial and waterfront environments. He has worked extensively with the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) Toxics Cleanup Program for clients under formal cleanup orders and has been hired as an expert witness in support of numerous environmental litigations.
