This year, Floyd|Snider’s annual company retreat was an overnight stay at Islandwood, an environmental learning center on Bainbridge Island. Staff spent 2 days together enjoying activities such as creating nature Mandala crafts, engaging in workflow games meticulously created by our staff, and participating in yoga, nature walks, volunteering, and much more! At the end of the first night, we gathered around the campfire toasting marshmallows and enjoying each other’s company and shared experiences.
