The firm was founded by Kate Snider, PE, and Dr. Teri Floyd in 1996. Since that time, Floyd|Snider has successfully delivered lasting solutions for hundreds of sites in the Pacific Northwest. The firm has thoughtfully grown from 3 to more than 40 staff, maintaining a nimble, collaborative, and creative culture.
