Madeline is an Environmental Planner with a background in environmental assessment and permitting. She specializes in the preparation of State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) assessments, as well as the preparation and coordination of federal state and local permit submittals. Her experience includes the preparation of Joint Aquatic Resources Permit Application (JARPA) packages for Section 404/10/401 Water Quality Certification / Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Aquatic Use Authorization (AUA), biological assessments, Hydraulic Project Approvals (HPAs), shoreline permits, and critical area reviews. She has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the region including dam replacement, stormwater, wastewater, renewable energy, restoration, and transportation projects.
