We also use our years of project management expertise to facilitate decision-making around project delivery, to develop complex and multiyear project strategies and schedules, convene and facilitate multiparty stakeholder groups through decision-making processes, design and lead public and stakeholder engagement activities, and lead interdisciplinary teams.
