Andrew Nakahara is a Project Environmental Engineer with extensive experience working with the Model Toxics Control Act on upland soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sites. He has served as an engineer on projects, planning and executing field investigations, developing contaminated site models and cleanup levels, and drafting cleanup alternatives. His professional experience also includes working with sediment cleanup standards, stormwater sampling and analysis, and community engagement and interaction on behalf of clients in the both the public and private sector.
