Layni Wachter is a Project Engineer who excels at taking complex projects from the early stages of alternative assessment through construction completion. She has experience in preparing RI/FSs, engineering reports, construction plans and specifications, and construction permit applications for a diverse array of upland and in-water environmental cleanup projects. She also has experience providing key construction oversight and communication to projects with environmental, geotechnical, and structural components.
