Brett Beaulieu and Lynn Grochala Promoted to Key Leadership Positions

Floyd|Snider is pleased to announce that Brett Beaulieu, LHG, LG, and Lynn Grochala have been promoted to the position of Associate Principal.

Brett has been with Floyd|Snider since March 2005. He is a Senior Hydrogeologist with wide-ranging experience in site investigation and remedial strategies for upland and waterfront properties. He has focused on solving complex cleanups and regulatory challenges through a combination of technical expertise and management of interdisciplinary teams. Among his achievements are the successful cleanup of the B&L Woodwaste Site, the delisting of the waterfront Weyerhaeuser Everett West Site, and significant and ongoing contributions to a number of port, industrial, development, and mining sites in the Pacific Northwest, including the Marine Trades Area Site, Prologis Park in Renton, and the Holden Mine Site.

Lynn joined Floyd|Snider in April 2011. She is a Senior Environmental Scientist and Project Manager with extensive experience managing complex environmental assessment and cleanup for upland and waterfront sites. She has managed projects from remedial investigation planning through final cleanup and provides regulatory compliance assistance for a range of projects and clients. She has been a key member of multi-consultant teams for complex projects, including the Boeing Plant 2 early action area for the Lower Duwamish Waterway (LDW). Currently, Lynn is managing several projects including the former Time Oil Seattle Terminal on Salmon Bay, the Whitehead Tyee Site in the LDW industrial corridor, former Weyerhaeuser Mill A on Port Gardner, and former Weyerhaeuser Mill E on the Snohomish River.

Brett and Lynn both bring significant technical expertise and strategic leadership to the firm. We are grateful for their commitment and the great work they do every day on behalf of their clients to bring new life to industrial properties and improve the nearshore environment.
