We are pleased to announce that Jessi Massingale has a new PE designation to add to her list of achievements over the past 5 years she has been with Floyd|Snider. Jessi is a valuable member of any project team as a sound technical voice, or as a competent manager. Jessi applies her engineering experience to projects that include feasibility study alternatives evaluation, identification of engineering constraints to vessel loading operations, shoreline and sediment remedial design, maintenance dredging bid package preparation, design and construction management, and the assembly of design-level cost estimates.
