Pamela Osterhout and Nathan Schachtman

Floyd|Snider congratulates Pamela Osterhout and Nathan Schachtman for becoming Licensed Geologists in the state of Washington!

Pamela has worked at Floyd|Snider since 2016 and manages multiple complex remediation sites throughout the Puget Sound and eastern Washington. She is currently supporting several upland cleanup sites in various phases of remediation, including pre-design, cleanup, and post-remediation monitoring, as well as field implementation of sediment characterization and cleanup of sites on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers. She has also led the cleanup for site closure of petroleum-, metals-, and chlorinated solvent-impacted upland properties, including the Ballard Food Bank property, which received a No Further Action designation in 2020.

Nathan joined Floyd|Snider in 2020 and provides valuable experience in planning and executing field activities on our upland and in-water sites. He currently leads field implementation of a cleanup action involving in situ injections at an active service station and provides oversight support for a complex Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis on the Duwamish River. Nathan also recently supported the design and implementation of a dye tracer study, as well as other hydrological characterization efforts at several upland riverfront sites.

Pamela and Nathan join our other skilled Licensed Geologists and Hydrogeologists: Brett Beaulieu, LHG; Gabe Cisneros, LG; Kristin Anderson, LHG; Manique Talaia-Murray, LG; and Sabine Datum, LG. Congratulations, Pamela and Nathan!
