Sabine joined Floyd|Snider in 2020 and works on a variety of environmental investigations. She plans and manages complex field events for soil, groundwater, and stormwater investigations and evaluates hydrogeologic conditions. Sabine also supports clients as part of a technical expert team on long-term cost allocation and litigation projects. Sabine’s primary focus is currently on source control and support for future remedial design at a site adjacent to the Portland Harbor Superfund Site in Portland, Oregon. After having completed extensive groundwater and stormwater investigations at the site, she is focusing her attention on delineating soil contamination hotspots, investigating a potential cVOC groundwater plume, and evaluating long-term compliance with cleanup levels for groundwater and stormwater. She is also calculating contamination loads from stormwater to in-river sediments and surface water.
