Floyd|Snider Associate Principle Dr. Allison Geiselbrecht recently spoke at the National Working Waterfronts & Waterways Symposium held in Tacoma, Washington March 25-28, 2013. Her presentation, Working Waterfronts and Regulatory Constraints: A Collaborative Approach discussed the challenges present in the current Washington State approach to stormwater compliance. She presented an alternative approach, focusing on basin-wide treatment with opportunities for collaboration and cost sharing.
