Floyd|Snider recently dedicated $20,000 to create new scholarships that seek to support underrepresented students in STEM. We have teamed with the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship Fund and Bold.org to create a total of three scholarships. 

We are supporting a Career and Technical Scholarship through the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship for racially and ethnically diverse students pursing a 2-year degree in STEM. Our $10,000 is matched by the state of Washington, resulting in two scholars! 

We created a $10,000 Minority/BIPOC Students in STEM Scholarship, which will support one high school or undergraduate student in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho who is pursuing an engineering or science degree in the environmental sciences. The winner of this scholarship will be announced June 1, 2024. If you are interested in increasing the reach and impact of this scholarship, you may contribute funds here.
