On August 22, Floyd|Snider was honored alongside other Washington State businesses as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2019. The Puget Sound Business Journal accepts nominations yearly, and award recipients are then determined based on staff survey results. Members of our staff went to T-Mobile Park to receive the award and celebrate. We pride ourselves on the support we provide our employees—from career growth opportunities to personal fulfillment. As one employee put it, “[Floyd|Snider] is a community, a family, and a team all at once. My coworkers are passionate about their jobs, about quality, and about supporting each other. I plan to retire here.”
