This year the fourth annual F|S company retreat was held at the Islandwood learning center on Bainbridge Island. Islandwood is a 255-acre outdoor learning center – literally a school in the woods, and a great location for a company retreat in the summer. Several F|S staff rode their bikes to the ferry, and to Islandwood on Bainbridge. Along with traditional retreat topics about the company, and of course the classic campfire, this year we also participated in fish painting and team building exercises. All of the F|S staff were able to attend and enjoy some time together outside of the office.
