Associate Principal Jessi Massingale, PE, presented at the Western Dredging Association Pacific Chapter’s 2015 Conference in San Rafael, California on November 6, 2015. Her presentation “Recontamination and Remediation of Sediment Underlying the Murray Morgan Bridge in Tacoma, Washington” was co-authored by Floyd|Snider’s Amanda McKay, and Mary Henley and Tom Rutherford of the City of Tacoma. Included in the presentation was information on the past bridge rehabilitation; dredge, dewatering, and capping project activities; the City’s future long-term monitoring; and lessons learned.
