We are proud to announce that Lisa Meoli has been appointed as Membership and Inclusion Vice Chair for the ABA’s Section of SEER and Litigation Committee for the 2025-2026 term. In this leadership role, she will strengthen member engagement, broaden outreach, and support efforts to ensure that SEER remains an inclusive and welcoming professional community. She will play an active role in recruiting and welcoming new members, fostering engagement through committee activities, supporting diversity initiatives such as the Membership Diversity Enhancement Program (MDEP), and collaborating on networking and service opportunities.

Established in 1973, SEER has evolved from its initial focus on energy law to a broad mandate encompassing environmental, energy, and natural resources law and policy at the state, federal, and international levels. Lisa’s appointment reflects her commitment to advancing inclusive professional networks and strengthening collaboration across the environmental and legal communities.
