The Floyd|Snider team has been selected by the Port of Vancouver to provide berth maintenance dredging and deepening design, permitting, ESA compliance, and construction oversight support services. Floyd|Snider, with Jessi Massingale as the overall team project manager, will manage all work under the contract, lead the environmental permitting, provide constructability review services, and prepare specifications, with subcontracted assistance from KPFF and Hart Crowser who will provide design services for the team, and Ecological Land Services, Inc. (ELS) who will provide ESA compliance services.
