Tessa Gardner-Brown, AICP, Promoted to Principal

Tessa Gardner-Brown speaks with Drew Mikkelsen of King 5 News about the Deschutes Estuary Restoration Project

Congratulations to Tessa Gardner-Brown who was recently promoted to Principal. Since joining Floyd|Snider in 2015, Tessa has grown the firm’s environmental planning and permitting line of business. This line of business supports clients and project teams in strategically completing environmental reviews and negotiating the complex and evolving permitting processes for planning, infrastructure, and restoration projects.

Tessa is a Senior Environmental Planner with a strong background in environmental review, permitting, and complex project management. She has an in-depth knowledge of the strategy, documentation, and regulatory consultation required to move from planning and into project delivery, and excellent working relationships within agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest. Tessa is currently managing the Deschutes Estuary Restoration Project and is the permitting lead for the WSDOT Kitsap County Fish Barrier Removal Project, along with a suite of smaller projects for municipal, port, and private clients. Before joining Floyd|Snider, Tessa held key positions on the State Route 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Project and the Elliott Bay Seawall Project.

We are delighted to recognize Tessa as a primary leader for the next era of Floyd|Snider’s growth.
