Floyd|Snider Associate Principal Tom Colligan, LHG, has been selected as the primary hydrogeologist member of Washington State Department of Ecology’s Technical Advisory Group (TAG). As part of this group, Tom will meet quarterly for the next 6 years and provide technical review and opinions to Ecology as they revise well construction and licensing statutes and regulations.
