We merge proactive strategy development and technical strength to produce successful and sustainable project outcomes.
Health and Safety
Safety is part of our culture.
The Floyd|Snider Health and Safety Program helps employees forecast and take steps to actively prevent potential safety incidents in the field, in the office, in the community, and at home. It empowers us to care for the safety of ourselves and others. Through this program, we develop project-specific safety policies, site control measures, emergency procedures, and training and reporting requirements. Weekly, we all share stories, tips, and best practices to ensure that safety is always top of mind.
Field staff follow a site-specific Health and Safety Plan and begin each day of field work with a tailgate meeting to discuss the activities and how to complete the work safely. We also recognize that things change in the field. Therefore, all field staff are empowered with stop work authority if they feel there are potential safety concerns at a site.
